A connected workspace depends on more than a chat interface. The team needs to know which systems are involved, what access is proposed, and who approves it. Reviewing those dependencies early makes the pilot scope more concrete.

A practical approach

List each system and the tasks expected within it. Clarify whether the workflow reads information, writes updates, or both. Use the organization’s access-review process and confirm the agreed configuration before introducing sensitive information.
